Functional Assessor

Starting Salary £42,985

• Full time Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
• Opportunity to achieve a £2k salary uplift over the first 12 months, based on achievement of development milestones.
• Further salary uplifts as you learn new specialist skills from year 2.
• Up to 10% quarterly discretionary bonus
• 25 days holiday (+BH) with the option to buy more

You are not comfortable using or are unfamiliar with technology. You dislike writing detailed reports. You prefer a more hands on approach to clinical care. You're not looking for a new direction nor a period of retraining into a new role. You don't enjoy working in an environment with targets. You are not looking for a role that requires you to work on site for some or all of your working week.3 days a week.

Whilst you will not be making decisions or recommendations as to the services and benefits for claimants, you will be using your clinical experience to ask the right questions to fully understand the claimants needs and living environment, gathering accurate information for the DWP to make those decisions.
