Sales Executive - Toys

We are delighted to be supporting an iconic Kent based business to source a Premiums Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will create incremental revenue by identifying, developing and winning new Premium business. This is a hunter role focused on prospecting, securing the first order and supporting early trading before established accounts are handed to the appropriate sales team for ongoing management. Experience in Premiums, corporate gifting, branded merchandise, licensing, collectibles, automotive, would be advantageous. You will be expected to visit the head office in Margate, Kent for meetings. What you’ll do * Build and maintain a prioritised pipeline of new Premiums opportunities, including corporate gifting, automotive dealer groups, branded merchandise agencies, premium adult collectibles and other suitable partners. * Identify the right decision-makers, create tailored propositions, pitch, negotiate and secure the first order or confirmed commercial launch. * Work closely with the relevant brand, product, marketing, supply chain, finance and customer service teams to develop commercially viable customer solutions. * Maintain accurate pipeline records showing the customer, opportunity value, probability, expected order date, margin expectation, and next action. * Protect margin and follow agreed pricing, credit and commercial approval rules. * Provide a concise weekly update covering sales actions completed, ne...
