Right Match Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established law firm in Romford to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE.

\n

\n

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Family Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career, with the potential to progress into a supervisory role within a supportive and well-respected firm.

The Opportunity

\n

\n

Our client has an established reputation and a loyal client base, offering a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including:

\n

\n
• Divorce, separation and financial remedy matters.
\n
• Private children law.
\n
• Cohabitation agreements and TOLATA.
\n
• Domestic violence injunctions.
\n
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
\n

\n

\n

You will manage a caseload of approximately 20-25 matters, including work for high-net-worth clients, while having the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and support junior colleagues.

\n

\n

What Our Client Is Looking For

\n

\n
• A minimum of 4 years' PQE in private family law.
\n
• Strong technical knowledge and the confidence to manage complex matters independently.
\n
• Experience mentoring or training junior colleagues.
\n
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
\n
• A proactive approach to networking and business development.
\n
• Ambition to progress towards a supervisory or leadership position.
\n

• Salary of £45,000-£60,000, depending on experience.
