• Operations & Business Growth: Analyse financial reports, spot trends and put solutions in place to drive profitability, sales and efficiency. Develop local marketing initiatives and promotions to grow visibility and footfall.
• People Leadership: Own the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance and retention. Lead and develop your team (Assistant Manager, Team Leaders and Shop Assistants) so they feel looked after, engaged and able to grow.
