CNC SETTERS / OPERATORS 3 & 5 Axis CNC Machining Haas & Fadal | UR Robot Automated Production | DPE Ltd Due to continued growth and expansion, Doran Precision Engineering is looking for skilled CNC Setters/Operators to join our team in Newcastle, Co. Down. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced CNC machine shop environment, with a strong understanding of machining processes and familiarity with FANUC controls. We're a family-run precision engineering company with over 30 years' experience in the Aerospace, Motorsport and Medical industries, who operate a modern machine shop with advanced CNC technology and a strong focus on quality and rapid response. What we're offering 4-day working week £13£17.00 per hour Overtime opportunities Flexible leave arrangements Modern CNC machining environment Long-term opportunities within an established engineering business Subsidised wellness scheme including membership to local spa/gym What we're looking for Experience setting and operating CNC milling machines Experience with 3-axis and/or 5-axis machining Ability to read engineering drawings and work independently Good knowledge of tooling, machining processes and component inspection A practical approach to problem-solving Ability to use a range of precision inspection and measuring equipment Working hours Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday |39 working hours Weekend overtime available at enhanced rates.
