The money you can make in this industry in your first few years is unmatched, with people earning £50k+ in their first year. This is due to having a commission structure of 40% with no threshold ON TOP of your base salary. Make deals = earn commission!
The Incentives – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £28k base salary
- 35% commission structure
- Earning potential in year 1 - £50k
- 6 month training period with the Managing Director until promotion
