Retail Area Manager - North & West Wales

Our retail network generates vital income each year, powered by our dedicated shop managers and community of volunteers. Our shop teams are proud of the difference they make across local communities and the impact their work has for people affected by cancer.

Following an internal promotion, we're looking for a fast-paced, commercially driven Retail Area Manager to lead and inspire our established, high-performing portfolio of approximately 17 shops. You'll be geographically placed to cover both North and West Wales, covering areas from Wrexham across to Anglesey and Pembrokeshire across to Bridgend, plus everything in between. You're out in the shops all day most days but with a home work base. Most of your week will be field based in shops and you'll also be required to attend occasional meetings in our Head Office in Cardiff.
