How you'll make a difference
You'll lead the refurbishment of our Community Hub, bringing together the people, plans and resources needed to deliver the project safely, on time and within budget. Reporting to our Property Portfolio Manager, you'll take the project from contractor appointment through to completion and handover, helping deliver its agreed community and social value outcomes.
- Manage the project programme, budget, risks and changes, keeping delivery on track and stakeholders informed of progress and key decisions.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams, overseeing procurement, mobilisation, design reviews and technical approvals.
- Oversee contractual, statutory, health and safety and governance requirements throughout delivery.
