Maintenance Manager job in the Craigavon area on a small FMCG site within a multi-site organisation. Your new role

Leading a team of 4 engineers, you will have responsibility for the preventative maintenance system, weekly budget, team development and contractor use for the site. Driving efficiencies and seeking the most profitable avenues for improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

Time served in electrical or mechanical maintenance and able to demonstrate some leadership experience. Prior knowledge of leading contractors would be useful.

What you'll get in return
Working Monday to Thursday 8am to and 8am to on Friday. Salary up to £53000 plus on-call allowance for being on call every 8 weeks.
