Benefits Competitive salary Quarterly performance bonus Shift allowance Enhanced overtime rates Multiple shift patterns available 25 days annual leave Company pension scheme Subsidised gym membership Cycle-to-work scheme Ongoing training and career development opportunities Key Responsibilities Assemble and wire electrical switchgear and electromechanical equipment Work from engineering drawings, wiring schematics and technical documentation Carry out mechanical assembly and component fitting activities Complete electrical testing and inspections Identify and report faults, defects or non-conforming components Support site modification and maintenance activities where required Maintain a safe, organised and efficient working environment Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets What We're Looking For Previous experience wiring and assembling electrical control panels Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills Experience assembling mechanical and electromechanical systems Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and within a team Desirable Experience Experience within LV/MV switchgear manufacturing Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems Previous site installation or field service experience Familiarity with RAMS The Role As a Panel Wirer / Electrical Assembler, you will build and wire electrical assemblies from engineering drawings and schematics while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.
