Top Legal 500 located in the heart of the City are currently seeking an Insolvency Litigation Solicitor with a focus on Contentious matters, of 4-6 years PQE.This is your chance to work in an environment that values innovation, collaboration, and growth.

Responsibilities for this Insolvency Litigation Solicitor role:
- High Court and County Court insolvency litigation as well as mediation and other forms of dispute resolution
- Drafting documents
- Assisting in managing the dispute resolution process
- Be able to interact with clients, managing their expectations and meeting deadlines
- Provide support to the partner and support to the other fee-earners within the team
- Be able to work on more complex matters and generate your own caseload
Person specification for this Insolvency Litigation Solicitor role:
- 4-6 years as a Solicitor, in the UK specialising in Contentious Insolvency matters
- Academic background with 2:1 at degree level or equivalent
- Highly focused
- Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
