Plumber Multi Trade

We are currently looking for a Plumber Multi Trade too carry out plumbing repairs and general maintenance across Social Housing residents' homes between the areas Coventry and Nuneaton. This Plumber Multi Trade role has a start date on 16th November. I'd love to hear from anyone with experience in domestic plumbing, social housing repairs, property maintenance or responsive maintenance. As a Plumber Multi Trade, you will be: * Investigating and repairing minor plumbing leaks in social housing properties * Completing basic plumbing maintenance repairs and multi repairs * Replacing taps, fittings and other plumbing components where required * Carrying out minor carepntry works, tiling, plastering, and decorating * Assisting with general repairs and maintenance in residents' homes * Identifying maintenance issues and completing work independently I'd love to speak to anyone who has: * Previous experience in a Plumber Multi Trade role and property maintenance * Experience working in social housing or occupied residential properties * Own tools * Confidence using a smartphone or tablet to record work * A full UK driving licence and own van * A DBS check or is willing to under-go one The Plumber Multi Trade role is offering: * Ongoing work on a long-term social housing programme * Varied work across local residential properties * Potential for a permanent position as the workload grows * Mileage paid Location & travel This role covers social housing properties throughout Coventry and Nuneaton, with applicants ideally baed around those areas.
