We're looking for an energetic, confident and hands-on Supervisor to join the team at Good Time Golfin!

We're not your average golf venue. With interactive driving range games, dinosaur-themed adventure golf, FootGolf, interactive darts, great food and a lively bar, Good Time Golfin is all about bringing people together for a brilliant time.

The Role

As a Supervisor, you'll help keep the venue running smoothly, the team motivated and our guests smiling.

Working alongside our Duty Managers, you'll be right at the heart of the action, leading by example, supporting your colleagues and making sure every customer has a fantastic experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and motivating the team to deliver brilliant customer experiences.

• Keeping everything running smoothly across our activities, bar and café.

• Supporting Duty Managers with the day-to-day operation of the venue.

• Taking charge during busy periods and making sure the team is working together.

• Coaching, supporting and developing team members.

• Handling customer questions and resolving any issues with confidence.

• Helping with opening and closing procedures, stock control and daily operations.

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation.

• Bringing a positive attitude, plenty of energy and a willingness to get stuck in!

We're looking for someone who enjoys being around people, takes pride in their work and knows how to bring the best out of a team.

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Have a confident, friendly and outgoing personality.

• Enjoy leading people and aren't afraid to take responsibility.

• Have experience in hospitality, leisure, entertainment or customer service.

• Can keep your cool when things get busy.

• Are comfortable working evenings, weekends and during busy periods.

• Bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift.
