Do you love helping people and delivering great customer service face-to-face?
We’re looking for a friendly, confident and approachable Customer Service Officer to join our Reception Team at Cornerstone.
As the welcoming face of our reception, you’ll be one of the first people our customers meet when they visit us. You’ll help with a wide variety of enquiries, from appointments and general questions to housing, repairs, rehousing and homelessness, providing advice, guidance and signposting to make sure every customer feels listened to and supported.
This is a busy, customer-facing role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll need to be a great communicator, comfortable speaking with people from all walks of life and able to remain positive and professional when supporting customers who may be facing challenging circumstances.
Start Here. Go Anywhere.
A Customer Service Officer role could be the start of something bigger. You’ll meet people, solve real problems and quickly gain an insight into all the different services that make up a housing association.
No housing experience? No problem!
If you’re great with people, eager to learn and passionate about making a difference, we’ll help you build the knowledge and skills you need. Whether your future takes you into housing, repairs, communities, digital services or even leadership, there are plenty of directions you could explore.
Bring your people skills and build your career with us.
What we offer:
- Full training and support available
- Generous annual leave entitlement
- Local Government pension
- Health cash plan and retail discounts
