\n Job Title: Lettings Portfolio Manager
\n Salary: £45,000- £55,000 Dependant on Experience
\n Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am- 18:00pm.
\n My client, a modern, independent agency situated in the heart of Hackney, East London is seeking a leader of people and property to become their next Lettings Portfolio Manager. This role is a full 360 position overseeing the full life cycle of managed residential property. You will be managing a confident energetic property manager and working closely with the existing lettings team, coordinating and collaborating and developing skillsets where required.

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to
\n Day to day management of 150+ residential APT Properties within the portfolio, ensuring all are maintained to a high standard
\n Organise and oversee all planned and reactive maintenance works, ensuring client satisfaction with the solution.
\n Liaise with RTM companies and leaseholders on queries and maintain relationships
\n All aspects of property compliance, including any licence requirements
\n Respond in a timely manner to all incoming correspondence
\n Record accurate property records and ensure periodic checking to ensure upkeep of compliance
\n Maintain high level of client satisfaction

Must have:
\n ARLA Qualified
\n 5 + Years Experience
\n Strong knowledge of all prevailing legislation, including Renters Rights Act
\n Highly organised and punctual
\n Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
\n A keen problem solver
\n Client facing
\n Strong administration and excellent IT skills

Package and Benefits:
\n £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
\n Monday - Friday - 9-6pm - 1 day WFH
