We are recruiting an experienced Electrician to join a trusted property services specialist delivering responsive repairs, planned maintenance, refurbishments and voids services across Sussex.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician to carry out electrical maintenance, testing and installation works across residential properties, ensuring homes remain safe, compliant and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installations, repairs and maintenance in domestic properties.

• Complete site risk assessments and follow all Health and Safety procedures.

• Undertake routine servicing and electrical testing.

• Identify and report faults, defects and non-compliant installations.

• Replace sockets, fittings and other electrical components.

• Interpret job tickets and complete work accurately and efficiently.

• Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and safety standards.

Essential Requirements

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.

• AM2 qualification.

• 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification.

• Full, clean UK driving licence.

• Satisfactory DBS check, completed during onboarding.
