Job Title: Fleet Engineering Compliance Monitoring Engineer Salary: £61,486- £67,568 per annum dependent on experience Location: Carterton, Oxfordshire Aeropeople are currently recruiting for a Fleet Engineering Compliance Monitoring Engineer on behalf of our client based in Carterton, Oxfordshire. Reporting into the Fleet Engineering Compliance Monitoring Manager, you will hold a critical role in assuring the company’s regulatory integrity and safety under a particularly complex and unique suite of civil and military regulatory approvals, rare to the aviation and Defence industry. Notably, this includes: UK CAA Part CAMO, Part 145, UK MAA MRP 145, MAOS. Operating at the heart of a highly complex dual civilian, military regulatory environment, the role provides authoritative regulatory assurance, technical oversight, and governance of Licence engineer authorisations, requiring deep technical competence, sound regulatory judgment, and the ability to influence decisions at all levels of the organisation.
