Part Time Block Manager - Kent- 1 day a week- £15-£18 per hour

Job Title: Part Time Block Manager
Rate: £15- £18 per hour PAYE
Working Hours: 1 day per week. Flexible on which day

\n My client, a family run estate agent are looking for a Part Time Block Manager to assist the team in looking after 2 blocks in Kent. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work in a flexible role that still has the scope to grow in the future!

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

• 
  \n Full management of assigned portfolio
\n
• 
  \n Preparing and managing service charge budgets
\n
• 
  \n Managing planned maintenance
\n
• 
  \n Regular property visits
\n
• 
  \n Continuous improvement of portfolio
\n

Must have:

• 
  \n Block Management experience
\n
• 
  \n Strong attention to detail
\n
• 
  \n Highly organised and punctual
\n
• 
  \n Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
\n
• 
  \n A keen problem solver
\n
• 
  \n Client facing
\n
• 
  \n Strong administration and excellent IT skills
\n
• 
  \n Ability to build long-term relationships
\n
• 
  \n Positive and encouraging attitude
\n
