Support Worker - Spanish Speaker

Pay: £16-£17 per hour

Location: Northampton

NonStop's client, a well-established children's and family support service in the East Midlands, is looking for an experienced Children's Residential Support Worker to join their service on a locum basis.
\n
This is a unique role as you will be working in the community to support displaced children, rather than being set in one home.
\n

Responsibilities:

- Provide one-to-one and community-based support to displaced and vulnerable young children \n
- Build a consistent, trusting relationship with a 6-year-old Spanish-speaking child \n
- Travel between specialist placements in the community and maintain accurate records \n
\n
Requirements:
\n
- \n
- Experience as a Support Worker with children in residential or community settings \n
- Full driving licence and ability to travel between placements \n
- Fluent Spanish (essential, due to child's language needs) \n
