A chance to make your mark.* Houston & Hawkes is looking for a confident, energetic Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join our team at Regent's University London.
From busy caf s and contemporary dining to premium hospitality and university events, this is a varied role for someone who loves leading people and delivering outstanding guest experiences. You'll help shape a welcoming, high-performing operation, supporting our teams and ensuring consistently excellent service across multiple food and beverage outlets. *THE ROLE* * Lead daily food and beverage service across caf s, restaurants and hospitality areas. * Inspire, coach and support front-of-house colleagues, creating a positive team culture. * Oversee the delivery of university events, conferences and hospitality functions. * Work closely with the management and culinary teams to keep service running smoothly. * Take ownership of rotas, stock, costs and operational standards. * Build strong relationships with guests, university teams and event organisers. * Take confident decisions and lead the operation when senior managers are away. *ABOUT YOU* * Experience in a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or similar food and beverage leadership role. * A background in quality-led hospitality, restaurants, hotels or contract catering. * A hands-on leader with excellent people skills and a passion for great service. * Organised, commercially aware and comfortable balancing different service areas. * Confident supporting events, solving problems and maintaining high standards. *WHAT WE OFFER* * 36,000- 38,000 per annum * Five days out of seven, including every third Saturday * Your birthday off, plus enhanced family leave * Free meals on duty, pension and life assurance * Employee Assistance Programme and CODE Hospitality membership * Foodie Socials, Summer Awards Party and Christmas Party * Training, development and genuine opportunities to progress *ABOUT HOUSTON & HAWKES* Houston & Hawkes is an award-winning independent caterer creating exceptional food and hospitality experiences.
