This is your chance to work in a prestigious and vibrant environment, where your skills and passion for Japanese cuisine can truly shine* * *What you'll be doing : * * Prepare and present high-quality sushi dishes with precision and artistry * Assist the Head Chef in menu development and daily operations * Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene * Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience * Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques *Shift Pattern* * This role consists of 45 hours per week, working any 5 days out of 7. * Your shift patterns will typically consist of : 10 : 00-17 : 00 or 15 : 00-23 : 00. *Salary : * 35,000 per annum plus tronc *Who you are : * * Proven experience in a similar role within a 5* luxury company is desirable * Exceptional knife skills and a deep understanding of sushi preparation * Ability to work as part of a team and individually * Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning dishes * A genuine passion for the culinary arts and the desire to progress in this field *Benefits* In addition to a competitive reward, we are committed to investing heavily in your development and helping you grow a long-term career with Beaverbrook.
