Complex Needs Teaching Assistant – Croydon

Senovo is recruiting a caring and resilient Teaching Assistant for a specialist SEN school in Croydon. You will support pupils with complex learning, communication and sensory needs as part of an experienced classroom team.

The role

• Support pupils to access learning, communication activities and daily routines.

• Provide patient, consistent support for pupils with PMLD, autism and complex needs.

• Assist with personal care where required, with appropriate training and guidance.

• Work closely with teachers, therapists and support colleagues.

About you

• Relevant SEN, school, care or support experience.

• Calm, dependable and comfortable providing practical support.

• Strong communication and safeguarding awareness.

• QTS is not required for this support role.

Pay: £95–£120 per day PAYE. Full-time, long-term opportunity.
