This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional with a strong background in social housing to take the lead on critical health and safety compliance services, ensuring properties remain safe, statutory obligations are met, and robust systems are in place to manage and evidence compliance. The Role As an Asbestos and Legionella Manager, you will lead the operational management, financial oversight and regulatory compliance of asbestos and water hygiene services across the organisation’s housing stock and properties. You will play a key role in ensuring that risks are effectively identified, assessed and controlled, while overseeing specialist contractors, monitoring remedial works and maintaining high standards of statutory compliance.
