Through our partnership with Pyramid Global Hospitality, we're connected not just across the UK but across the globe. That growth means something real for you. We have a strong track record of promoting from within, and the people who join us now grow with us. For the right person, this is a chance to build your marketing career with a business that's going places.
ABOUT GUILD HOTELS
Guild Hotels is Axiom Hospitality's new London hotel brand, launched in October 2026 across three central London hotels in Bloomsbury, Fitzrovia and Marble Arch. Inspired by the city's historic guilds and makers, the brand is built around Crafted Hospitality: the reliability of a hotel group with the warmth and character of an independent, delivered by teams trusted to make every stay personal. Backed by more than £20 million of investment, craft runs through every part of the guest experience — from the first welcome to the smallest details in every room.
THE OPPORTUNITY
With the Guild Hotels brand newly launched, this is a rare chance to shape its story from the start. We are looking for a creative, results-driven and digitally savvy Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, guest engagement and revenue growth.
You will develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple channels while ensuring alignment with business objectives — comfortable owning website performance, paid media, digital agencies, SEO, social media, email marketing and marketing analytics, and using data and insights to optimise results.
YOUR ROLE
As Senior Marketing Manager for Guild Hotels, you will oversee all marketing activities, manage digital and offline campaigns, and work closely with internal teams to promote the brand's services, events and unique offerings across all three properties. Your responsibilities will include:
Brand & campaigns
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive occupancy, event bookings and brand awareness across the Guild Hotels collectio
- Ensure all marketing initiatives align with Guild Hotels' brand positioning and business goals
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
- Coordinate public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach and brand storytelling
- Manage hotel partnerships, sponsorships and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility
- Collaborate with sales, events and revenue teams to create targeted marketing campaigns
Digital & performance
- Own the brand's digital marketing performance, with responsibility for driving direct bookings and maximising return on marketing investment
- Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, website content, SEO/GEO, PPC and email campaigns
- Manage social media channels, creating engaging content that grows our audience and supports bookings
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Analyse market trends, guest demographics and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Budget and manage marketing expenditure to ensure cost-effective campaign execution
Agency & partner management
- Manage relationships with external PR and social agencies, ensuring they are well briefed and deliver against agreed KPIs and targets
- Manage relationships with external digital agencies and technology partners, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and performance targets are achieved
