The Opportunity
Working directly with the founders, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling an already established platform across the UK, USA and UAE, while retaining the autonomy expected in a true executive search environment.
You’ll be trusted to:
- Own and deepen your market within Compliance & Risk
- Build long‑term, senior client relationships across Financial Services
- Deliver high‑quality contingent and retained executive search mandates
- Expand into adjacent sectors or geographies with full backing and support
- Contribute strategically to the next phase of international growth
