Cyber Security Lead Up to c. £70,000 per annum DoE + benefits Permanent Hybrid - 3 days onsite Leeds About the Role I'm working with an established international organisation in Leeds that is looking for a Cyber Security Lead to provide day-to-day leadership across its cyber security function. You'll lead the team, oversee incident response and vulnerability management, support the organisation's cloud security journey and act as a senior security contact across the wider IT department. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong Azure security knowledge, technical credibility and the ability to manage security operations in a demanding environment. The position is permanent and full-time. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day activity of the Cyber Security Team, including resource planning, rotas, quality reviews and adherence to agreed processes. Manage team performance through regular one-to-ones, constructive feedback and ongoing development. Deputise for the Cyber Security Manager when required. Create and manage the security cloud migration process, identifying gaps and driving remediation. Oversee the security of IT services, working with internal teams and third parties on patching, vulnerability remediation and system hardening.
