Leading Hand

to help drive performance within our Goods In operation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll support the Warehouse Supervisor, lead a team of operatives, and ensure productivity, safety, and service standards are achieved every day. What You'll Be Doing Leading and motivating a team of warehouse operatives. Ensuring productivity and KPI targets are achieved. Allocating work and resources effectively across the team. Promoting a strong health and safety culture. Supporting warehouse operations and working across different departments when required. Assisting with training, coaching, and development of colleagues. Covering Supervisor duties when required. Using warehouse systems and processes to maintain operational efficiency. What We're Looking For Previous experience within a warehouse or distribution environment. Experience leading or supervising warehouse teams. Valid Reach Truck licence (essential). Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to prioritise workloads and manage resources effectively. A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude.
