Essential Skills & Qualifications Around 2 years' marketing experience in a communications-focused role, gained in-house or within an agency. Agency marketing experience preferred. Strong copywriting, proofreading and editing skills. Experience creating content for websites, social media and email campaigns. Ability to adapt messaging for different brands and audiences. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A creative approach and excellent attention to detail. Job Responsibilities Create engaging written content for digital marketing and communications activity. Develop clear, consistent messaging across websites, social media, email campaigns and marketing materials. Support the planning and delivery of communications campaigns across the brand portfolio. Work with internal teams to identify stories, business updates and opportunities for engaging content. Maintain content calendars and coordinate activity around campaigns and key dates. Ensure communications reflect each brand's tone of voice. Monitor content performance and use insights to improve engagement.
