We are working with a small, specialist setting in Bolton (BL1) who are looking to add several teaching assistants to their small yet highly supportive team.
Our school provides a tailored education to young people aged between 11 and 16, who find accessing mainstream education challenging - there will be a high focus on building professional, respectful and meaningful relationships with young people who need consistency and focus in their education.
Despite being a small setting, our Headteacher prides themselves on offering an inclusive learning environment where young people can thrive.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Recent Graduate, with a 2:2 or higher, OR Experience as a TA in a similar setting, OR experience working with young people in a vocational/coaching capacity.
