We have a great opportunity for a Deputy Care Home Manager looking for their next challenge to work closely with the team at our Neath Hill Care Home Milton Keynes.
Situated on a quiet road close to Milton Keynes city centre, Neath House a 47 bedroom home offers a comfortable, warm and welcoming home for all. Our home has been purpose-built and specifically designed with care in mind. - Salary: £18.25 per hour
- 45 hours a week, Monday – Sunday
About the role:
As a Deputy Care Home Manager, you will provide leadership to ensure that high standards of care are delivered to meet the support needs of each of our residents every day. You will be responsible for coordinating and coaching care and ancillary teams to ensure that quality standards are continually improved, and outcomes are recorded and measured effectively.
