Insolvency Paralegal - Manchester City Centre We have an exciting opportunity for an insolvency paralegal to join a well-established Manchester city centre firm with a highly regarded insolvency department. The firm has excellent career prospects for incoming paralegals and provide hands on support and development, as well as longer term opportunities for a training contract. The firm has also created a team focused working environment and you will be working amongst supportive and personable individuals. The firm has an impressive client base (including various household names) and act on complex and high value matters, whilst at the same time offering a relaxed working culture/environment. Opportunities to join this firm are often rare and so this is a very exciting chance to join them. The insolvency team is headed up by a Legal 500 noted insolvency partner and clients include those in private and public sector, leisure and retail, as well as small and large accountancy firms. This role is to work closely with the partners and senior solicitors in the department. Examples of day to day tasks will include:

• Assisting on matters – working closely with the partners and senior solicitors
• Drafting and reviewing documents
• Liaising with clients and court
• Dealing with bundles, preparing exhibits, costs schedules etc
