HR Advisor Coventry Salary: £36,000 - £39,500 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience) 37 hours per week – 100% office based, Mon -Fri. Minimum CIPD Level 3. PURPOSE To provide a proactive, specialist HR Advice service to the organisation that adds value and contributes to the achievement of the strategic aims through supporting the effective management of employee relations issues. To achieve timely and effective resolution to HR management issues. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Lead in the provision of specialist employee relations advice and support services to managers on Human Resources operational matters such as conduct and capability, grievance, attendance, management, performance management, colleague retention and redeployment. 2. Work closely with managers and colleagues to achieve timely and effective resolutions to management issues ensuring managers are fully appraised of HR implications before key decisions are made and communicated. 3. Participate in training and coaching sessions for managers and colleagues to raise awareness of HR policies, help embed good HR practice and ensure compliance with employment legislation. 4. Support the operational management of employee health and wellbeing in order to maximise resource capacity.
