Working with us as a Cover Superisor / Unqualified Supply Teacher (either part time around studies / other work, or full-time), gives you valuable classroom and life experience, and requires no teaching qualifications - just the right character and confidence to work with young people. You can begin as a Teaching Assistant and work your way up to Cover Supervisor / Unqualified Teaching roles should you want to. The Role As an Unqualified Supply Teacher / Cover Supervisor, you’ll step in when a teacher is absent. You’re not expected to teach new content. Your role is to lead, guide and manage the classroom.
