This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor seeking a long-term career move with a firm that values its people, offers realistic billing targets and provides genuine opportunities for career progression. Our client has been established in the Havering area for over 70 years and has built a strong reputation for delivering a high-quality, personal service to a loyal client base. The Role You will manage a varied private client caseload, including: Drafting Wills, including complex Wills. Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs). Probate and full estate administration. Obtaining Grants of Probate. Inheritance Tax and succession planning. Trusts and Court of Protection matters. Advising clients on elderly client law and related matters. The Ideal Candidate A minimum of 3 years' PQE in Private Client law. Experience across the full range of private client matters, particularly elderly client work.
