Experienced Civil Engineering Technician - Airfields or Highways Location: Manchester or Chester Discipline: Civil Engineering / Aviation Infrastructure Experience: 7+ years Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Civil Engineering Technician to join a busy and growing airfield civil engineering team, working on technically challenging infrastructure projects. This role would suit a skilled technician with a strong background in highways or airfield projects, who is confident producing complex 2D and 3D design deliverables and developing detailed pavement models using Civil 3D. You will play an important role in the delivery of large-scale civil engineering designs, working alongside experienced engineers and technicians on projects where accuracy, technical knowledge and high-quality design outputs are essential. With a strong pipeline of work, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to major infrastructure projects, share your technical expertise and support the development of junior colleagues. The position can be based in either Manchester or Chester. Key Responsibilities Produce high-quality 2D and 3D civil engineering drawings and models using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
