Operations Controller / Technical Operations Technician Hillington, Glasgow £30,000 - £40,000 DOE Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 5:00pm The Role Our client based in Hillington are looking for an organised, hands-on, and technically minded individual to support their day-to-day operations. This is a varied role involving stock control, product configuration, testing, and dispatch. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain stock levels. Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders. Program and test products before dispatch. Configure products to customer requirements. Maintain accurate records and ensure quality standards are met. Skills & Experience Essential Strong IT skills and confident using Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail. Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.Desirable Experience in door entry, access control, CCTV, electronics, or IT. Product testing, configuration, or technical assembly experience. Stock control or warehouse experience.
