The Role As a SEND Learning Support Assistant, you will: Provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs and additional learning requirements. Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, encouraging confidence, engagement and independence. Support learning on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, adapting your approach to individual needs. Help create a calm, positive and inclusive learning environment. Support pupils with emotional regulation, social development and day-to-day classroom activities.
