New Product Development Technologist Location: Bradford Salary: £27,500 per annum - £29,500 per annum Contract Type: Permanent Holidays: 20 days + 5 Flexible Bank Holidays + 3 Bank Holidays Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday - 8.30am to 5pm, Friday - 8.30am to 4.30pm. 30 minutes unpaid lunch. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented New Product Development Technologist to join our team at The Dalesman Group in Bradford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for food innovation, product development, and flavour creation to contribute to the development of bespoke, high-quality seasonings, food ingredients, and functional blends. Working across the full product development process, from initial concept through to launch, you will collaborate closely with our Commercial team, customers, and Operations to turn product briefs into innovative, commercially viable solutions. The role combines creativity with technical expertise, offering the opportunity to contribute to new product concepts, formulation development, product testing, and technical support while helping maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
