Shift Manager My client who works within the food manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with the right skill set and passion to join a fantastic team. The Shift Manager will manage all production and employees on the night shift. Key Details: Shift Manager * Monday to Friday – 44 hour working week. * Salary up to £40,000. * Permanent contract. * Room for progression. Duties and Experience: Shift Manager * Plan resources to achieve production plan, produce mixes according to the plan and recipes. * Liaise with Quality/Technical Manager and Production Manager regarding process, product and quality system issues. * Liaise with Production Manager regarding production planning and resources, as well as the Engineering department regarding maintenance and breakdown of equipment. * Respect and ensure that pasteurisation operatives respect and execute all procedures (QP, PP, HP) and HACCP system at all times. * Complete the pasteurisation paperwork/due diligence records in a correct and readable manner to ensure total traceability. * Participate in internal audit and GMP audit. * Ensure that all ingredients are available for the following few days production. * Respect the COSHH regulations and all the other areas covered by the adopted Health and Safety Policy and procedures. * Maintai...
