Full-stack Engineer

Python, Data & AI Engineers - Consultant to Lead

Sheffield - hybrid, typically 2-3 days onsite

I'm working with a fast-growing, AI-native technology consultancy that is hiring experienced engineers from Consultant through to Senior, Principal and Lead level.

You'll be embedded within a major global organisation, helping build and take AI-enabled products from discovery through to production and rollout. This is an opportunity to work on genuine enterprise-scale solutions rather than projects that remain at proof-of-concept stage.

The roles will involve:

• Building production-grade software, data and AI solutions
• Working across Python, APIs, cloud and data platforms
• Taking ownership from initial requirements through to deployment
• Collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Supporting and mentoring other engineers, particularly at Principal and Lead level
• Contributing to technical direction and engineering standards
• Experience delivering software or data solutions into production
• Cloud experience-ideally GCP, although strong AWS backgrounds will be considered
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• An ownership-focused, consultative approach
• Experience mentoring or leading others for the more senior positions
