Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join their workshop team in Ashford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work while supporting an efficient production operation. The Role Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will play a key role in supporting production activities by setting and operating CNC machinery, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Setting and operating CNC machinery to meet production schedules and business requirements Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and job specifications Selecting and installing the correct tooling, fixtures and machine settings Carrying out first-off inspections and making machine adjustments where required Working closely with the workshop team to achieve daily production targets Ensuring all finished work meets company quality standards Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment Following all company health and safety procedures and policies at all times Contributing to the smooth running of the manufa...
