Responsibilities and duties of the Assistant Shift Operations Technician role Reporting to the Shift Team Leader, you will be responsible for: Monitoring and conducting plant checks on the machinery within site to ensure optimum performance is always maintained. Carry out and ensure all work is conducted in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines and Safe System of Work Follow company procedures in reporting accidents, incidents and near misses. Assist in reaching the daily production targets as defined by site management.
