Main duties of the job · Providing specialist assessments and evidence-based interventions tailored to patients' needs. .To be responsible for your own caseload, working without direct supervision · Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. · Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff, students, and therapy support personnel. · To be able to carry out comprehensive therapy assessments and interventions in line with best practice to gain a holistic assessment of patients with a wider range of impairments · Driving innovation through audit, research, and the adoption of best practices. .Undertake evidence based audit and research projects to further own and team’s clinical practice. ...
