Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for Experienced Multi Traders to begin work for a well-established social housing maintenance company covering South Manchester and surrounding areas. About the Role: * Working Hours – Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm (Sporadic on call rota) * Pay Rate – £24.00 per hour * Duration – Up to 8 years contract for the right candidate * Location – South Manchester - Altrincham, Wythenshawe, Cheadle, Wilmslow and surrounding areas * Start Date – Early December 2026 Brief Role Description – We are looking for experienced Multi Traders to carry out reactive maintenance and repair works across occupied and void social housing properties. Candidates must be proficient in the majority of the trades listed below. Duties will include: * Brickwork repairs, repointing, blockwork, patch rendering and minor masonry repairs. * Installing and repairing vinyl, laminate, LVT, Polyflor and Altro flooring. * Patch plastering, skimming, surface preparation, painting and decorating. * Door and frame repairs, skirting boards, architraves, kitchen fitting and second-fix joinery. * Minor roof repairs, replacing tiles, guttering, fascias and soffits. * Repairing taps, toilets, sinks, leaks, pipework, showers and bathroom fittings. * Diagnosing maintenance issues and completing reactive repairs across multiple properties. * ...
