Housing Assistant – Lettings Team – Internal Only

We are currently recruiting for permanent, full-time position with a competitive pay and benefits package including a salary of £30,997 per year.

Join our Lettings Team as a Housing Assistant and make a real difference in our communities. In this rewarding role, you'll support the end-to-end lettings process. You'll work closely with colleagues, tenants, and partners in the community to deliver a seamless, customer-focused service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting end-of-tenancy activities and the re-letting process.

• Carrying out property inspections, visits, and viewings.

• Working collaboratively with customers and colleagues to ensure positive outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service throughout the lettings journey.

As this role involves regular visits to properties across our communities, a willingness and ability to travel is essential.
