Lead Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance Consultant - Fully Remote - Up to £75,000\n

A growing Microsoft Partner is looking for a Lead Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance Consultant to join their team. This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to lead finance-focused Business Central implementations, working with stakeholders, consultants, developers, and architects to deliver complex ERP and integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:\n

\n
• Lead Finance workstreams across Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
\n
• Run workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into solution designs
\n
• Configure and implement Business Central Finance modules, including General Ledger, Purchasing, Sales, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, VAT, and Financial Reporting
\n
• Design and deliver integrations between Business Central and external systems
\n
• Produce functional specifications, process flows, data mappings, and test documentation
\n
• Lead data migration, reconciliation, testing, and go-live activities
\n
• Work closely with developers and solution architects on integrations and technical solutions
\n
• Facilitate UAT, training sessions, customer demonstrations, and post-go-live support
\n
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery best practices
\n

Required Experience:\n

\n
• 5 years' experience with Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central
\n
• Strong Finance consultancy experience across core BC financial modules
\n
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Business Central implementations
\n
• Experience delivering integrations using REST APIs, OData, Web Services, and JSON
\n
• Strong understanding of data migration, reconciliation, and ERP testing processes
\n
• Experience creating functional specifications, process documentation, and solution designs
\n
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
\n
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
\n

Desirable Experience:\n

\n
• Power Platform experience including Power Automate, Power Apps, or Dataverse
\n
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps or Azure integration technologies
\n
• Experience integrating Business Central with CRM, Banking, Payroll, E-commerce, or Reporting platforms
\n
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications
\n
• Finance or Accountancy background (AAT or equivalent beneficial)
\n

Salary:\n

Up to £75,000
