Class 2 Driver – Multi-Drop & Tramping Roles\n
Location: Colchester, Essex
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

Pay Rate: £17.65 per hour

We are recruiting Class 2 Drivers for two separate vacancies based in Colchester. There are opportunities available for both multi-drop delivery drivers and tramping drivers.
Role 1: Class 2 Multi-Drop Driver\n
Pay Rate: £17.65 per hour

Carry out multi-drop deliveries of palletised goods to customers.

Follow planned delivery routes and schedules.
\n - \n
Complete deliveries safely and efficiently.
\n - \n
Minimal handballing involved, as the majority of goods are palletised.
\n - \n
Complete relevant delivery paperwork and vehicle checks.
\n - \n
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach.
\n
Requirements\n

Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
\n - \n
Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
\n - \n
Previous Class 2 driving experience.
\n - \n
Multi-drop delivery experience preferred.
\n - \n
Reliable, professional and safety-conscious attitude.
\n
Role 2: Class 2 Tramping Driver\n
Pay Rate: £17.65 per hour £30 daily tramping allowance

Carry out planned deliveries and collections.
\n - \n
Complete driving duties safely and efficiently.
\n - \n
Stay away overnight as part of the tramping role.
\n - \n
Follow delivery schedules and maintain accurate paperwork.
\n - \n
Complete vehicle checks and ensure the vehicle is operated safely.

Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.

Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.

Previous Class 2 driving experience.

Willingness to stay away overnight.
