Company Description

Checkout.com is a global payments provider powering billions of transactions each year for clients such as eBay, ASOS, Klarna, Uber Eats and Sony. With 19 offices worldwide and headquarters in London, we focus on fast‑moving, performance‑obsessed teams that build the future of fintech.

Job Description

As a Product Partnership Senior Analyst, you will be a key link between Product, Engineering and Risk Operations, ensuring merchants receive support with new product releases and enhancements. You’ll facilitate communication, champion user needs and drive continuous improvements in processes and product design.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the Risk Operations team in ongoing relationships with Product, defining risk requirements for new releases and enhancements.
  • Partner with Risk Operations leadership to update and advocate the roadmap for tooling enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle, providing input on supportability, usability and potential pain points from an internal Operations perspective.
  • Work with Product Managers during product launches: conduct assessments, identify potential risks and provide go/no‑go recommendations.
  • Support Risk Operations strategic initiatives such as vendor assessment, capacity planning and ad‑hoc company‑led projects.
  • Stay abreast of customer trends, competitor products and market shifts.

Qualifications

  • In‑depth knowledge of product development processes and support operations, understanding the complexities of bringing new products to market.
  • Demonstrated experience in supportability, product readiness or customer advocacy roles, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Passion for advocating for user needs and ensuring a positive support experience.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non‑technical stakeholders and build relationships.
  • Expertise in data analysis to extract trends and insights (e.g., INDEX MATCH, SQL, Pivot tables).
  • Strong project management capabilities to coordinate readiness activities and meet deadlines.
  • Payments industry experience is a plus but not required.

Benefits

Hybrid working model: up to three days per week in office, with flexibility to support collaboration and connection.
