Do you have a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, driving performance and have a technical understanding of race operations? The company is a leading supplier of High-Performance Vehicles, specialising in the conversion of the Porsche 911 for rally racing but they also will create new performance vehicles created by their internal teams.

The successful candidate will be taking charge of the motorsport department, leading and developing new improvement within the company and providing strategic oversight over new vehicle readiness.

This position will be office based but there will be times to oversee company events.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a specialist motorsport company's Senior Management Team and take strategic ownership of the Motorsport & Events function.
