The role

We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter
to join our kitchen team.

Kitchen Porters play a vital role in the smooth running of
the business, helping keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Washing dishes, pots, pans
  and kitchen equipment.


• Keeping kitchen areas
  clean and organised throughout service.


• Following cleaning
  schedules and hygiene procedures.


• Managing waste and
  recycling correctly.


• Ensuring equipment and
  utensils are stored properly.


• Supporting basic food
  preparation when required and appropriately trained.


• Following food safety and
  health and safety procedures.


• Helping the wider team
  wherever needed.

What we’re looking for

• A positive, hardworking

• The ability to work in a
  busy environment.


• A willingness to help and
  work as part of a team.


• Previous kitchen porter
  experience is beneficial but not essential.
